Vegan + Gluten-Free Honey Mustard
A quick and simple veganized honey mustard recipe.
I'll be honest, one of the condiments/sauces I missed the most after my making switch to Vegan, was honey mustard. Chik'n strips, fries, burgers, veggie dogs, anything that would go with honey mustard, you can bet I'd be having it. I searched a long time for one that was already vegan on the market, but always came up short. Luckily, I created one that not only takes less than 5 minutes to make, it actually tastes like the real thing!

This recipes uses only 3 ingredients, and can be stored for up to a month in your fridge. So feel free to make a big batch so you can use it as much as you'd like!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Vegan Mayo
3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Step 1:
Add your mayo, mustard, and maple syrup to a small mixing bowl. Whisk together, and voila! Your homemade incredibly delicious vegan honey mustard is ready to go.
Feel free to adjust the measurements to your liking. For example: if you'd like it a little sweeter, add in more maple syrup. Or, if you'd like it a bit more tart, add in some more mustard.
This keeps great in the fridge for up to a month, so make a bigger batch and put into an air tight container.
