Costco is undoubtedly one of the biggest shopping centers in North America, so it makes sense that they would be forward-thinking in the merchandise and products they carry. While in my opinion, they still have a long way to go (at least at the location where I live), it's nice to know that there are some affordable and delicious options out there!

Below you'll find a list of my favorite must-haves at Costco!

Please keep in mind that every store varies on which items they carry.

Queso Style Dip

This stuff is EXTREMELY addictive! Warm it up a bit and you've got the perfect dip for bread, veggies, and chips. You can even use it for nachos!

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

These make the perfect Friday night or game day appetizer. Spicy, and wonderfully crispy, you can bet I eat way too many of these.

Veggie Burgers

This is one of my absolute favorite brands of veggie burgers. When I first discovered them, I'm pretty sure I ate one everyone night for a week.

Beyond Sausage

If you're a fan of beyond meat, Costco is definitely the place you should shop. They have the best prices I've seen anywhere so far.

Beyond Burgers

It seems as though these popped up everywhere overnight. You can now find most restaurants carrying these burgers, and even popular fast-food chains.

Triple Bean Veggie Chili

Chili is a staple in our household. While I do always tend to make my own, it's nice to have a quick option to save us time on making dinner.

Tuscan White Bean & Kale Soup

I love the fact that these take two minutes to cook in the microwave (or stovetop!). For days when you're running short on time, these are a great lunch option!

Paesana Bolognese Sauce

I haven't tried this one yet, but I have friends who absolutely love it! It's another great way to sneak in some extra protein on those pasta nights.

Rice Ramen

My stir-fry game has definitely improved since discovering these noodles. Not only are they great with veggies and your choice of sauce, but they also taste fantastic in soups.

Quinoa

Talk to most vegans, and I'll bet they have quinoa as a staple in their house. Soups, stews, buddha bowls, it's really a jack of all trades when it comes to cooking.

Sweet Potato Crackers

These are my favorite crackers on the list, mostly because I find them so versatile. Plus, the box comes with a lot at a very affordable price.

Keto Crackers

For those of you on the Keto diet, these crackers are definitely a hit!

Marys Organic Crackers

Another great cracker find! While not at the top of my favorites list, it's nice to have options!

Almond Flour

Finding almond flour at an affordable price is very difficult. Luckily, Costco carries a big bag at a price we can get on board with!

Cashews

Cashews are used very regularly in our household for sauces, homemade cheezes, and more!

Riviera Yogurt

Another great find, at a great price!

Made Good Granola

Certified nut-free, these convenient little granola packets are the perfect snack for school. They also are great to bring on roads trips and while you're camping!

Made Good Granola Bars

For if you're more of a fan of bars instead of bites.

Heavenly Hunks

Perfect for days when you're craving cookies but want to stay more on the healthy side!

Fruit Bars

Fruit roll-ups were all the rage when I was in school. How great is it to have an option like these while still keeping it healthy.

Smart Sweets

This is another product that has taken the world by storm recently and for a good reason! They taste delicious and you can get your fix on a candy craving without caving into candy.

There you have it! A compiled list of vegan + gluten-free items at our local Costco. Notice any of your favorite V/GF products missing from the list? Let me know in the comments!
